"Nothing tastes as good...

As skinny looks!"  Its my new mantra cause something has GOT to give.

Todays lunch - greek side salad, water and a small tomato soup.  Next time I will be strong enough to leave out the cheese and croutons.

  1. Be careful! You want to eat enough carbs during the first part of the day and move most proteins in the second half. Also, eat a small meal (250-300 cal) eveery 3 hours. Above all, don't restrict your total calories too much or else you'll wreck your metabolism.
