The Truth About Your Heart...
Ok by now we know about my love of all things beauty but another passion of mine is encouraging women to be proactive about their health. Making sure you are practicing safe sex as well as regular AIDS testing is a priority however another health concern that is overlooked by women is heart health.
I found out about the Heart Truth campaign a few years ago when the gorgeous dresses from the fashion show were on display at Union Station. The cause continues to grow with backing from such celebrities as Toni Braxton who herself is a heart disease survivor.
