Not the grand finale I hyped myself up to create at all - chalk that up to an awesome slumber that my body did NOT want to break.  I wanted to make a bold statement for the last day of this challenge but opted for a pop of color instead.  Maybe I will do something fun tomorrow since I have a birthday party to attend - stay tuned!

#NYFWMUC - 9/11/09 c/o Back 2 MAC!

Yesterday I FINALLY got a chance to take my empties up to Georgetowne for some Back 2 MAC action.  I had 28 empties total (yeah I know) so I had to leave 4 behind for the next go round.  I get so excited when I have enough empties to take back like oooh hey look at me, look at all my empties...and then you come home with 4 brand new items but its still like damn 24 down to 4 - no LOL Smileyface here my friends...

Anyway I ended up getting Contrast, Patina and Print shadows and Entice lipglass which my friend promptly stole from me (dont you hate friends sometimes?) so my 3 shadows and I decided to create a look today since they seem to play so nicely together.  Lets get to it!

*inside convo with self* Back to back posts??  surely you are showing off Ms. T&T!  Nope!  Just fell in love with makeup all over again.  :swoon  I was doing so many gigs that I wasnt even thinking about doing my own makeup well I had to give myself a swift kick in the arse and feel the vibes of my fellow beauty lovers to get back on track, plus have you been paying attention to the images for Fall??? Something told me this was gonna pop off early so thankfully Ive been documenting my FOTD's!  Thanks again to the lovely and talented Ms. Heather Park for offering up this challenge! 

I went for a more subdued look the first day since its been a while since Ive worn makeup to work (crazy right?)  Its my take on the whole no makeup makeup look and I actually got a lot of compliments on it.  Its amazing what the power of cosmetics can do!  HA!
